New Album coming in Feb 2026
I haven’t released an album under my own name since 2012, having spent that time channelling my energy into Slowly Rolling Camera and running Edition.
In February 2026, I’ll release a new record called Quiet Fire — made with old friends (Elliot Bennett, Jon Goode, Deri Roberts, Stuart McCallum) and some newer guests from the Edition roster. It marks the next step in my evolution as a musician: a beat-based jazz album shaped through the mindset of an electronic, loop-driven producer. Landscape of electronic textures, Melodic hooks and beat-based Jazz analogue synths, Fender Rhodes, and layered harmonies.
Making it through this year has been a cathartic process. It’s a record about evolution, adaptation, and living in the balance between having quiet drive and managing feelings of burning out, the tension of keeping a label alive while trying to stay close to the music itself. It reflects that constant push and pull of tending to my own quite fire to drive my creativity — whilst trying not to get burned.
